The Inner Canvas Collective is an Association for Play Therapy (APT) Approved Provider of Play Therapy Continued Education and an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider.

NBCC has approved the Inner Canvas Collective as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7587. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Inner Canvas Collective is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Policies & Procedures
Disability accommodations
The Inner Canvas Collective, LLC is compliant with all federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Our trainings offer appropriate accommodations to program participants with legally recognized disabilities, including physical, visual, and auditory. If participants are seeking accommodations per ADA/504 they are asked to provide a two-week notice with documentation and requests. Such requests should be sent via email to Innercanvascollective@gmail.com so accommodations can be made.
Fees, refunds, and cancellations
Fees: Participants are required to register before attending a course or program and pay the respective fee. Please note that registration is binding unless in the case of an emergency (see refund request policy).
Cancellation policy: In the unlikely event that a session will be canceled, we will contact you by email to arrange a replacement of equivalent value. If you have questions please email us at innercanvascollective@gmail.com.
Refund Request Policy: If a situation prevents you from attending a course or program and you would like to request a refund the procedure is as follows:
A refund request due to the inability to attend or in the case of an emergency must be made in writing by e-mail to innercanvascollective@gmail.com. The requests must be made at least two weeks before the training to receive a refund. There is a $50.00 administrative fee for refunds. There are no refunds for cancellations after the beginning of the first course in a continuous session program. The practice does not issue price adjustments for partial attendance.
Complaints & dispute resolutions
If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about a continuing education program provided by The Inner Canvas Collective, the individual may call 267.368.4324 or email Innercanvascollective@gmail.com. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, The Inner Canvas Collective will consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions, and respond within 10 days. In compliance with the CCE, the Inner Canvas Collective reports each complaint, dispute, or other grievance (complaint matter) that directly or indirectly relates to this Policy, including all complaint matters received from a trainee, another organization, or a government agency or authority to the CCE within sixty (60) days of initial knowledge of the complaint matter.
